Today at Revival Tea Academy we're talking about our Citrus Chamomile tea. This is an herbal tea with, no caffeine. We take real Egyptian Chamomile (not the chamomile you have in your front yard) then we add orange peel and a little bit of hibiscus flower to make a delicious herbal cup. To make a cup we will take one teaspoon of Citrus Chamomile tea per eight ounces of water. If you're using a tea bag that will suffice as well. Then we're going to take 160 degree water and pour it over our Citrus Chamomile. You want to make sure not to go too hot as this is a very delicate tea. Now you'll set a timer for five minutes. For the tasting notes, it's very light, you get the sweetness of the Chamomile (it's almost like a honey flavor) and then you pick up on those citrus notes, the orange and the hibiscus. That's our Citrus Chamomile, available loose leaf and in tea bags here.
Cheers,
