Acai bowls have been very popular recently. The RE/VIVE acai bowl is a yummy twist on the recipe that will give you a boost to get you through your day.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of frozen (slight thawed) Acai puree
- 1 cup of frozen spinach
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp RE/VIVE
- ¼ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup plain greek yogurt
- Shredded coconut
- Chocolate chips
- Granola
HOW TO MAKE
- Blend together: Acai, spinach, banana, cocoa powder, RE/VIVE, almond milk and greek yogurt; until smooth.
- Top with coconut, chocolate chips, granola or any of your favorite toppings.
- Enjoy!
