Happy Fall Revival Tea friends! We are going to go through the steps on how we make our Pumpkin Pie Chai Latte hot and iced! Unfortunately, the Pumpkin Pie Chai concentrate we use at the shops is not available for purchase, so we are going to teach you how to make it the old school way!
12 oz Hot Latte
-Measure out 10 oz of our chai concentrate into a cup
-Add 2 Tablespoons of Pumpkin Pie Mix and froth
-Pour into a steaming pitcher and heat to 160*
-Add 1 oz of simple syrup into a mug
-Strain your pumpkin chai mixture into the mug
-Next measure out 2 oz of oatly oat milk into the steaming pitcher
-Add 1/8 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice into the milk and steam until you have a nice foam head
-Top off your pumpkin chai mixture with your milk and sprinkle with cinnamon!
20 oz Iced Latte
-Fill a large shaker with 75% ice
-Add 1.5 oz simple syrup
-Add 3 Tablespoons of Pumpkin Pie Mix
-Add 6 oz of our Chai Concentrate
-Add 6 oz of oatly oat milk
-Add 1/8 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
-Shake well and strain over a cup of ice, then top with cinnamon!
Make sure you buy Pumpkin Pie Mix, not Pumpkin Puree. We use the Libby's brand! You can also substitute out the simple syrup for another sweetener and the oat milk for another milk if preferred as well! We hope you enjoy making one of our favorite fall treats at home!
