Our take on this classic drink does not disappoint. Make it with or without the alcohol and enjoy it out in the sunshine.
To make a Revival Mule we will start with:
- 2 tsp White Tea
- 1 tsp of dried Ginger
- Add 185 degree water in small beaker up to 50ml
- Start a timer for 4 minutes
While the tea steeps add the following to a shaker:
- Ice (about half way full)
- 1.5 oz Simple Syrup

- 10 oz of Ginger Beer

- 1/4 of a Lime squeezed (save the lime as a garnish)
When the tea and ginger are done steeping add ice to cool the concentrate and fill with tap water up to 150ml.
Strain this over your prepared shaker and shake well.
Pour your Revival Mule into a Copper Mule Mug and finish it off with some of the ice from the shaker.
Add your lime wedge and Enjoy!
