The Decaf version of our signature green tea! Green Tea comes from the same plant as black tea but is less processed so it undergoes less oxidation. This Chinese Green Tea is specific to the Jiangxi province of Southeastern China where it is known as Chun Mee. Chun Mee yields a fruity rather than sweet infusion, with notes of plum and apricot in the perfume. With a pale golden green color and soft taste, this tea produces a pleasant and alluring cup! 
Our Decaf options are always decaffeinated using the water method and never sprayed with chemicals.

Instructions


1 teaspoon of tea per 8 ounces of water

170-175℉ water for hot tea (tea will turn bitter if leaves are burnt)

Steep for 3 minutes
