My Tea
We source all of our teas direct from farm. Since the tea doesn't sit at a warehouse prior to arriving to us, your tea will stay fresh and hold its flavor and health benefits for about 5 years when properly stored. Make sure to keep your tea stored in a room temperature, dry environment that is not exposed to light.Â
Our natural flavoring is derived directly from the extract of the plant, vegetable or fruit. They do not contain any artificial or synthetic additives. All of our natural flavors and oils comply with all USDA regulations.Â
Yes! All of our teas are organic. However as a company we have not sought the USDA organic certification, and are not allowed to market them as such without the certification.
Yes, all of our teas are 100% gluten and dairy free. There are no ingredients in any of our blends that contain gluten or dairy. If you stop by our tasting room there are some drinks that we make that have dairy in them, so be sure to ask our teaologists for clarification upon ordering.
The only sugar that exists in our teas is the sugar that is naturally derived from the fruit in our fruit blends.
There are really 3 different categories that our teas fall under: Black, Green and Herbal. If you select a Black tea it will have approximately 50mg of caffeine (about half as much as a cup of coffee), Green teas have about 30mg of caffeine, and herbal teas have no caffeine. We also offer Yerba Mate which has approximately 100mg of caffeine (as much as a cup of coffee). White Tea is also another one that we get questions about. White tea has as much caffeine as a cup of Black tea at 50mg. However, because of the way that it is processed, the enzymes react in our body which allow us to process this caffeine at a slower slower more elongated pace making it easy to drink all day long.Â

We would love to send and give free samples to everyone. But, if we did that for everyone that asked we wouldn't be able to keep the lights on. And working in the dark is difficult. If you live in the area of one of our tea shops we would love to have you swing by and try one of our tea taster flights. They come with 3 teas and are a great way to decide what to buy!
We strive to have every order that is placed shipped out within 24-72 hours depending on when it was ordered. We typically use USPS or UPS for our shipments, and depending on where you live in accordance to our Head Quarters, should be to you within 2-4 business days.

Revival Tea Company accepts returns on products purchased at the tasting rooms or online direct from our website. All returned items must be unopened and in re-sellable condition. All returns will be given the option of a refund or equivalent exchange. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Sourcing
Our tea is sourced from all over the world. The majority of our tea comes from the southeastern part of China. This is where we source teas such as our: Chun Mee Green Tea, Flowery Orange Pekoe Black Tea, and several others. We source teas such as Matcha and Sencha Green Tea from the island of Japan. Our Assam and Darjeeling Black Tea come from the mountains of India. Some fun others are our: Yerba Mate from Argentina, Rooibos from South Africa and Oolong from Taiwan. Although it's hard to source local ingredients for tea, we do get our Peppermint from Central Washington and the honey for our Fresh Crafted Spiced Chai from bees in Spokane.
