Today at Revival Tea Academy we are talking about our Peppermint Leaf. Peppermint leaf is famous all over the world, for not just its minty freshness but also its health properties, including digestive health.
To make a cup we'll use one teaspoon of Peppermint Leaf per eight ounces of water. If you're using a tea bag that will suffice as well. Next we will take 212 degree water (water to a boil) and pour it over our peppermint leaves. Then we will set a timer for 5 minutes. After your 5 minutes is up we'll pour over it over our hand mesh strainer. If you're using a tea bag or tea ball now would be the time to remove that. We have had a lot of peppermint teas and this peppermint leaf we get from Central Washington. Washington and Oregon grow 99% of the world's peppermint. This is such a fresh minty cup. Our peppermint leaf is available here in loose leaf and tea bags.
