To make a cup we'll first take one teaspoon of Passion Fruit tea per eight ounces of water. If you are using a tea bag or tea ball that will suffice as well. Next take 212 degree water (or water to a boil) and pour it over the tea leaves and set a timer for 5 minutes. After five minutes pour this over a hand mesh strainer (if you're using a tea bag or tea ball now would be the time to remove those).
Taking a sip, it's fruity, sweet and very refreshing. You can taste the Flowery Orange Pekoe at the base but it has Marigold Petals which give it just a little hint of floral flavor. The Passion Fruit really comes through as well. We love this one hot, iced straight or as a latte. You can find our Passion Fruit tea here available loose leaf and in tea bags.
